Discipleship

Discipleship is really the heart of this ministry. We started off here in India traveling to different towns and villages to hold discipleship training classes with the pastors in the area. We taught them the 48 lesson Discipleship Evangelism(make a link to delessons.org) course and gave them a small graduation after they completed. We saw great fruit from teaching this course and as we encouraged the pastors to give the teachings in their churches almost all experienced growth and fruit in their own congregations. Now that we have started Charis Bible College India we are teaching this DE Course as part of the curriculum. We also require that the students go out and teach it one on one or in a small group during the course of the school year. We are seeing great results from this outreach. Now several graduates are themselves sharing this discipleship tool with people in various places throughout India!
